Vlad Ricean, a talented individual who believes Game of Thrones is one of the best series so far, wanted to bring a small tribute to see this series from another perspective.
“I wanted to try another version for the characters, to place them in another time and space, so I wanted to see how Jon Snow or The Hound would look like if the action of the movie would have taken place in the 30’s in an America where mobs and wars between mafia clans was something common. I think that epoch fits perfectly with all the backstage games that take place in Game of Thrones.
“The Godfather of Thrones” or maybe “Once Upon a time in Westeros” would be a good title for these illustrations.
